This condo is for rent by the owners, and is available immediately.  The rent is $2900 per month plus a security deposit of $2900 and a key ($5 each) and garage remote ($25 each) deposit.  The property has been owned for over 30 years by the same couple. The lease is month-to-month, but the owners desire another long-term tenant.  We recommend that after viewing the website you drive by and take a look. Note the common landscaped park.  It has its own garage with motorized door opener. There are also two reserved parking spaces.

After viewing the property, if you are interested, email the owners at 1330south@gmail.com to arrange a time to view the inside.  Before we schedule a visit, we request that you submit a partially complete application.  THERE IS NO CHARGE.  You don't need to supply any social security numbers, drivers license numbers, mother's maiden names, or banking information.  What we ARE interested in is who is moving in, addresses (with dates), employment (with dates and salary) and why you are moving. There is a form below that you can fill in online and automatically submit.

Here are some simple instructions.  Step #1) When you click on the PDF Application button on the left at the bottom of this page, a copy of the lease will appear on your screen.  A sample is directly below.  Type in the information and click on the green FINISH button at the top center of the page.  That will submit the application.

Step #2) After you submit the form, the page directly below will appear.  At this point you can do nothing and log off, OR you can asked that a copy of your completed application be emailed to you. Click ("Send me copy). OR you can (Download document). Note that the form that appears on the right will be the blank form not that one you submitted.
